Gregory R. Everman
Gregory has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo Law School where he was selected to the Honors Recognition Program for outstanding academics, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, Ohio, where he was recognized for academic excellence. Before founding Everman Law Firm, Gregory worked as an attorney at Pearne and Gordon, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio, and thereafter in Charlotte, North Carolina where he has practice intellectual property law for nearly nine years. Prior to being a patent attorney, Gregory practiced as an engineer and scientist for eight years and has his Fundamentals in Engineering License.

Gregory is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is Admitted to Practice before the Supreme Court of North Carolina, Supreme Court of Ohio, and Western District of North Carolina. He is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar and Ohio State Bar.

Gregory has prepared and prosecuted numerous U.S. and/or Foreign patent applications in a variety of technical areas. These technical areas include, for example, medical, safety, automotive, racing industry, aviation, military, environmental, sporting goods and toys, tools, industrial processes, household items, furniture, diamond films and mechanical products, among others.

Gregory's practice also includes the preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications, and the licensing, protection and enforcement of vested rights.

In addition, Gregory's practice includes the securement, enforcement and defense of intellectual property. Gregory has served as lead counsel and opinion counsel in civil litigation. Gregory has provided validity, right-to-use and infringement/non-infringement opinions. A selected list of intellectual property law cases litigated by Gregory includes Maverick Recording Company, et al v. Rick Wash, Home Design Services v. Gordon George, et al., Mobley v Custom Golf Sales, Inc., et al., and The Attic Tent v Progressive Energy Solutions, Inc., et al.

Gregory has been a speaker on behalf of HalfMoon, LLC and Central Piedmont Community College, giving presentations concerning intellectual property issues for engineers and business owners. In addition, he has served as a judge for the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition, one of the largest and most prestigious moot court competitions in the country.

Willson Kwok
Willson holds degrees in Biology Ph.D, MBA, Bachelor of Science in Biology, and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Japanese, with high honors and distinctions including being awarded All-American Scholar, Chancellor's List, National Dean's List, etc. Willson is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent agent and concentrates his practice in the areas of patent preparation and prosecution. Willson has extensive knowledge in the fields of biology, pharmacology and physiology. Willson is multi-lingual, being fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.     * Genetic manipulation of caveolin-1 minics the effect of LPS in the regulation of endothelin-1-mediated endothelial nitric oxide synthase activation in hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells. 31st Annual Conference on Shock, Cologne, Germany, June 28 to July 2, 2008.

Vicki C. Everman
Vicki has a Master of Information Science degree and has worked in IT industry for more than eleven years. She assists in the filing of copyright and trademark applications, and U.S. and international patent applications.
